At the current time only shipping within Australia is available and will be sent the Australia Post or via a courier.
An invoice will be sent to your nominated email address that you enter upon checkout, with the estimated delivery date of arrival of your ordered goods.
D1S endeavours to process your order within 1-2 business days, to aim to have the goods delivered to you as per the provided estimated delivery date. Please note, the estimated delivery date is based on business days only.
All orders come with free shipping for regular post and $10 for express post. Payment for shipping will be calculated within the final costing of purchase upon checkout.
How will I Track my Order?
Upon dispatchment of your order, D1S will send an email containing an Australia Post/courier Tracking number that will allow you to track your order and to use upon following up on your order with Australia Post/courier if the order so happens to be delayed or missing.
Transit time varies within State and Territories of Australia and may vary due to Public holidays of each region. To know exact time, it is best to refer to the provided tracking number.
The general transit times as per Australian Post depending on the region ranges anywhere between 1 to 10 business days.
Risk of Loss
All goods purchased from D1S are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Therefore, if any goods that are lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, delivered to the incorrect address or damage after the items are dispatched from D1S will need to be followed up from yourself with Australia Post as the onus will be with the courier and not with D1S.
