Not Happy with Our Products?
Any products you purchase that do not perform to your expectations can be returned within thirty (30) calendar days for a full refund; simply contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Once the you have returned the product to D1S, we will refund you the price of the goods excluding any prior postage and handling within five (5) business days.
Received a Damage good?
If you receive a damage or faulty good please email D1S via email@example.com within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the goods.
Day 1 Supps (D1S) will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened. Due to Australia wide Regulations and Legislation we cannot accept any refunds for open packages.
Once the goods are received by D1S, the refund for the return will be processed within five (5) business days of receiving the item at the allocated business address that will be provided to you.
Change of Mind?
D1S will not accept returns or will provide refunds for 'change of mind' once a purchase has been made. Any customer who is concerned that an order was made “mistakenly” or by “error” can contact D1S via firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the refund or correction or product order.
Please note postage and handling costs may be incurred as a return shipping may apply.
Process for Returning Goods?
All return requests must email email@example.com. within seven (7) business days of receiving your order.
Once D1S has been contacted, we will be in contact within 72 hours upon receiving the email. A D1S representative will explain the process of your return request and record all the necessary product return information.
What if your Return does not fall under this Policy?
If your return query is not addressed within this policy and you feel you are entitled to return the goods or a refund applies, please contact D1S via firstname.lastname@example.org. D1s will be happy address this query and will respond within 72 hours of receiving the query.
